Stage 1 rental boasts a large office reception space, an executive office with a private washroom and green-room, multiple make-up and wardrobe rooms, a projection room for screenings and meetings, power, restrooms, and silent A/C.

Stage 2 rental features ample office space with a central reception area, 4 private offices, a sound test room, restrooms, a holding room, kitchen and silent A/C.

Our metal workshop, the newest addition to our facility, can be rented during prep day and wrap day, and provides additional parking as needed.
